Out west we have a expo called the International Sportsmans expo, a bunch of outfitters and hunting companies come and show their stuff, I was wondering if you had anything like that out east. Its a big deal here, hundreds of thousands of people attend the one in Denver, and the Show stops in 4 or 5 other cities.

In Ohio we have the Deer and Turkey Expo. It's not as big as the show you are talking about but it's nice.

We have one in Richmond VA in August every year. Not as big as the one you describe. I did meet David Blanton one year there.

In Michigan, Outdoorama is going on as we speak. Woods-n-Water is the weekend after Labor Day - outside at the county fairgrounds. Neither as big as the ones out west, it seems. More outfitters at Outdoorama. Lots of product at W-n-W.

Fundraising banquets (SCI, DU, TU, RGS) are a big draw out here. Logically, SCI draws the most outfitters.

In georgia every year for a while now the have had a turkeyrama and fisherama. it is not as big as the one you are talking about but it has good turkey calls and fishing stuff.

We have a show in Cleveland, OH at the IX center in the spring and a lot of outfitters and vendors come to that. I am not sure if it is the size of the ones out west but it is still a pretty good show.

the outdoors expo travels to cities all over the country but the size and variety varies by the vendors who choose to set up in what city.
