Well played Matt. That show was a staple in our house.

Ours, too. There's a picture of me somewhere at age 4 or 5, hair slicked back like Bowser, doing the muscle-flex and singing the "Du-du-du-do-doo" beginning of "Goodnight, Sweetheart." And it just dawned on me, that might have been the beginning of this music-impersonation thing. Before the Bruce Springsteen days, my best friend in 7th grade and I did ZZ Top for the end-of-year talent show. Paper beards, fedoras, cardboard guitars with pink insulation glued on for the fuzz. We did the song "Legs." That didn't go over very well with a couple of the older teachers but the younger ones and all the kids loved it.

The 80's were great! Had a lot of fun and adventures during that decade. That includes a short affair with the wife of a Sinclair Oil VP. I was 26, she was 40.
