In my opinion Sydney Powell hurt the cause with the Kracken stuff. That's why the Trump team distanced themselves from her and that other clown.

Before a civil case comes up to trial, there are a lot of pre-trial discovery proceedings and depositions going on that can take months and years to complete.
Don't hold your breath waiting for jury selection.

They have already done a lot of that trying to get a court to take the case. Crooked judges refused.

I think before there are claims that millions will be paid to Dominion regarding lies a out their machines, time should be spent in waiting to see just what court findings are first ! Have not heard too much lately about Dominion law suits, maybe they are aware that any court actions will allow the so called “liars” to also give their complete evidence that will then need to be admitted and finally presented !
