I read the same article Bubba, but it did not for certain say either way about her validity to do so. Unless I misread it, I was of the assumption it stated the issue was covered Constitutionally, but also said that it has been accepted on some occasions........anyway. So who the hell really knows what is going on in our political world today, and just ‘who’ is doing what for their own benefit ?

First thing, the Senate would have to be tied 50/50 for her to break the tie. I'm not sure she can garner that much support. I'm beginning to think Manchin and Sinema are going to be big factors if Biden gives her the nod.
