The FBI is still making arrests of the insurrectionists, with 700 down and about another 700 to go.
It is the business of Congress to pass enabling statutes to prevent recurrences and to conduct hearings in furtherance thereof.

Banana Republic is revealing itself to be a BANANA REPUBLIC. Non Constitutional behavior is excused because the outraged scurrying snivellers choose to show their true colors. The Select Snivellers Committee will find that they cannot arrest and demand respect. They forfitted that when they violated their oaths by allowing the riots of 2020. If the citizens affected by the 2020 riots were props in the Anti-Trump Opera, the snivelling scurryers of Jan 6 2021 deserve the same. We are all equal citizens and are granted equal treatment under the law and the US Constitution.

Apparently some people need a civics lesson. In the US of A all riots are created equal. There are no good riots. We don't have good riots, nobody prosecuted and bad riots, everybody prosecuted. See in the U S of A we have equal Justice. If for some irrational reason riots became popular and they were identifiable as being say left wing riots they wouldn't be treated as good riots. Because the citizens of the US of A might get really upset about that! If a riot was a right wing riot after left wing riots were ignored, it would be assumed in this crazy new world order that the right wing riot would be treated the same as the ignored left wing riot. If the right wing riot was prosecuted, while the left wing riots were ignored the CITIZENS would notice. It would become a BIG DEAL! We have a Constitution which orders our Government to enforce equal protection under our laws, just saying

Labrador, your above post speaks of common sense and the law, something that is beyond the concept of this administration. And since the DOJ has become politicized in favor of this POS administration, it appears the cards are heavily stacked against us !
