It isn't SCOTUS job to judge the disease, whether it's deadly or not and how to protect the American public.
SCOTUS is there to decide whether the "mandates" issued by Biden & Co are legal and Constitutional.

I believe the problem scotus has with Biden's mandate is the president doesn't have the power but congress does.

It was made to mutate, folks, so either get the jab and the multiple boosters, or stock up on known remedies and practice good diet and hygiene. Worrying and spreading fear all over the landscape will do nothing in the way of PREVENTION!

Question 1) if the vaccinated can spread COVID, why are they allowed to work in hospitals, but the noncommunicable, unvaccinated ARE NOT allowed to work in hospitals?
Question 2) if you are vaccinated, and can still contract COVID, why get vaccinated?

The polio vaccine prevented polio.
The small pox vaccine prevented small pox.
The MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine prevented MMR.

Take the COVID vaccine and you can still contract COVID, transmit COVID and die of COVID!
