  • Should Vaccine Deniers Get Free Monoclonal Antibodies?

Almost everyone across the country in critical care units for covid is unvaccinated. Yet all these folks have decided that an infusion of monoclonal antibodies which is just as experimental and new as the vaccine. They look at death and decide that maybe scientists, doctors, and health care workers actually have a couple good ideas. Trump got the infusion, Joe Rogan got it, 168,000 people a week were getting monoclonal antibodies at the end of August.

I mean why spend hours hooked up to a machine with a big needle in your arm instead of getting a jab from the smallest needle made? A vaccine costs our government about $50, monoclonal infusions cost around $2,100 just for the infusion, the labor and profit for the delivery of the drugs your insurance company has to pay, and so do you with your co pay. When I do the math that's $352 million a week at the end of August.

And that ain't all. While vaccines don't give you anything like 100% protection, and they don't stop 100% of the spread, they do stop a lot of the spread, and far fewer who do get infected die. Vaccines protect all of us, not just the person getting them. The infusion only helps the person getting it, does nothing for the rest of society but cost us money.

2,000 people a day are dying of covid, and this Delta stuff hit's younger people more than the old covid used to. We will get herd immunity before too long, but I wonder how many will die to get there. I believe pig is right that natural immunity via being infected is better than the vaccine, but what a way to get immunity. A third jab also gives ungodly good protection and people don't die from the vaccine.Click image for larger version

                George Floyd was not executed.
                He was murdered.
At least that's what the jury found.

Read up on the background, Lab.
You are a bit short on the facts.

The effort to provide Australia with nuclear-powered submarines -- a major step toward countering China as President Joe Biden works to build international backing for his approach to Beijing -- is part of a new trilateral partnership among the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom, dubbed "AUKUS."

France stands to lose the equivalent of $65 billion US dollars from an existing deal to provide Australia with conventional, diesel-powered submarines.

                      Umm, no.

Regardless, whoever it is probably has a laundry list of health issues with a frequent flyer card for the hospital, vaxxed or not. Talk about co-morbidity. Yikes.

France did recall their Ambassador to the US because of the perception, on their part, that their NATO buddies the UK and the US just screwed them over on the submarine deal. Joe also forgot to consult with his NATO buddies about closing Bagram and walking away from Afghanistan leaving the Taliban in charge. Keep up with the news snowhole!

Rat was remarking on the cost of covid treatment to help sick unvaccinated individuals. I was comparing the cost of career criminals committing further felonies resulting in multi-billion dollar riots because of police efforts to control said felons. The Ill are less responsible for their illness than the felons are responsible for committing further felonies. George Floyd and his felonious ilk are causing more loss of treasure, pain, and death than a virus. Eventually the virus will be defeated, but evil and crime and perversion will be with us till the end of time.

                            News flash!
That 83 billion dollars quoted as the cost of equipment left behind is actually the total cost of supplying and training the Afghan army over a twenty year period.
The equipment left behind was worth about 24 billion dollars, and was not our property. It had been given to the Afghan government and it was abandoned by the Afghan army.
