Jimbo - A person can say that he can't breathe while exhaling.
    We don't speak when inhaling.

I think Floyd was saying he was having difficulty breathing and finally stopped breathing because of the difficulty he was experiencing . As we all know now there were many reasons he was having difficulty. Chauvin is going to pay for his part , right , wrong or otherwise. I would not want to be the judge who will do the sentencing , there will be no justice done in this case !

I think the judge would do well to adhere to the middle of the sentencing guidelines.
It seems clear that Chauvin did not consciously murder Floyd.
Keeping him pinned face down on the hot pavement for nine minutes served no purpose other than to punish him for resisting arrest.
