Black felons with outstanding warrents deserve more legal protection than female veterans. Obviously all white citizens are inferior under the law than repeat firearm violators and accused armed robbers who drive around with expired tags are. Jan 6 was an insurrection, all other riots, arson, and looting are peaceful protests.

Any lawlessness is a chancy thing. That said, being in a gang, selling drugs, warrant for failure to appear for an illegal firearm, wrestling away from cops, all that stuff will get you killed.

Rat, do you mean will get you killed, or should get you killed?

        NOTE:
The police officer that shot the wanted felon in Minneapolis was Kim Potter.
The police office who shot the vet in D.C. was.....????? (we still don't know?)

Wright was out on bail for another crime, got caught with an unauthorized firearm.
        Warrant issued.
        Court date set.
        Warrant outstanding.
        Court date FTA.
        Daunte Wright
Felon in possession of a firearm and "failure to appear".
Previous record included armed robbery and domestic violence.

D.C. victim was a honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. military. No criminal history.

          Bubba -

          Your comments are irrelevant.

"The Department of Justice declined to charge the officer who shot and killed U.S. Capitol rioter Ashli Babbitt during the U.S. Capitol siege on Jan. 6th, finding that self-defense was reasonably necessary to protect members of Congress inside the Speaker’s Lobby."

FB you forgot to mention which dead victim is the more sympathetic victim to the scumsucking elitist media. One victim deserves multi day riots for the injustice done, and one doesn't. Do you have an opinion, or are you just going with the snowhole?

This story describes and includes a video of what Ashli Babbitt was doing when she got shot.

And was Ashli Babbitt a multiple offender with gun violations? Did she have armed robbery warrents out for her arrest? Was she gunned down for being in the wrong place at the wrong time? Did she try to run from a legal arrest or was she gunned down with no warning or reason? You make the call.

                  DOH! 😖

One, apparently, was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The other, wouldn't be where he is now (the morgue) if he had been (in court) where he should have been (facing jail time), when he should have been (serving said sentence).

Makes me ill when the media puts the family, crying about what fine, outstanding, loving citizens they "were".

A mostly peaceful protest is actually partly violent right?

As for the trial and the incident in Minneapolis, I don't care anymore.
I don't know why but I heard LOS ANGELES has put the national guard on stand by.

She did not commit any of the crimes you seem to suggest as grounds for justifiable homicide, which they are NOT.
But the Justice Dept. did find that her death was "reasonably necessary to protect members of Congress inside the Speaker's Lobby" on that day.

I suggested reasonable causes for arrest and retention, not homicide. Daunte died because he fought and fled from a pair of officers who were enforcing a traffic stop for an expired registration. Ashli died because she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and a government official panicked and shot her. If Ashli was shot justifiably than the streets of Minneapolis and other Democrat cities should be piled high with bodies.

And while we are on this subject......what ever happened to the black guy that shot the white 5 year old in the head while ridding his bike in the street in front of his house some months ago ? Never heard a word from the lame media about that case, and there was no violence from the white community......what a difference civilized people make ! Black guy just killed a grandfather, grandmother and their two grandchildren, again no rioting from white community and very little of any news write up. Bur the white community is supposed to accept this without any ill feelings or words and then people wonder why there are divisions in the races........go figure !

Amazing that citizens protection is viewed as such a lower priority than Congress critters. A Congressman is a citizen first, a holder of an office second. Snowhole and our unesteemed press mistake officeholders as Royalty. Weeping and gnashng of teeth should be the result when any Citizen has their rights and property threatened by a mob. Ashli deserved far better treatment than Daunte, not because of her skin color, but because of her non violent non felonious previous record. In short, she was a good Citizen petitioning her government. He was a violent felon running from his punishment under the laws of this country. The wrong cop is charged in this situation.
