We found out how worthless fema was in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. I would opine that tits on a boar hog served a more useful purpose. The topper, the absolute cherry on the sundae, was when the fema lady stopped The BookKeeper and myself, and asked for directions to a town she was standing in the middle of.
