Well that data expert should bring his evidence before a court of law, but he won't, because committing fraud or perjury in a court of law can land you in jail. So he spouts about, on the net.

You can not get evidence revealed in a Court unless they agree to 'take the case'. None of the crooked judges would agree to take the Trump lawyers presented cases. So, tell me how the experts could have their evidence considered ?
If you want to see the evidence, read Cabinet Member Peter Navarros' complete report, it is on the internet.
Another report, compiled by Sidney Powell with about the same information but also including information on the Foreign impact on the Election included.
When the MSM reported Trump lawyers 'lost a case', that is a lie and THEIR MSM SPIN. The lawyers could not lose because the crooked judges NEVER AGREED to 'take the case'. Maybe you can understand that.

In our judicial system, private attorneys are officers of the court, with the power to summon a defendant to appear before the court, thereby instituting a lawsuit.
The judge has no say in the matter when the chief judge assigns the case to him or her.
The presiding judge can dismiss the case on the merits, but the plaintiffs attorney can appeal.

The system is not at all corrupt, as the conspirator theorists would have us believe, with judges stuffing large dollar bribes in their pockets.
That's the stuff that cheap movies are made of, and people mouthing off stories like that (Trump and company) come off sounding like morons to educated people. The kids behind the counter at McDonalds might be heard saying things like that.
