It was an electric mountain bike. They say the NFS is ok with the electric (battery powered) bikes in the back country. Who knows, old fat cripples in the back woods!
Harley Davidson introduced a smaller bike and I think they referred to it as off road. They also have a full size road machine.

No jimbo, this wasn't a Harley. This was a full sized mountain bike with the big, fat tires. Highway speed was advertised at "19 mph".
The battery was long and skinny and clipped into a compartment that attached to the upright between the seat and the pedals.
I really didn't pay that much attention to the ad. It was a "pop up" I kept deleting.
When I remembered pighunters bicycle hunting rig, I thought about the bike!
I don't even know how the thing accelerated or stopped.

Those electric bikes are made with power and speed limits to get by without having to get a motorcycle tag. But they seem to be plenty for most hunting properties. Unfortunately, our State WMA's consider them motorized and don't allow them behind the gates. You can get an adequate one for about $2500

They got "au natural" alright! It's called "Forest Fire Ashes"!)
I just read a news release that they cut the power to a man's house that was on oxygen and he died an hour later from lack of oxygen.

Power black outs were widely publicized, he should have had a back up.
