Come to think of it, Trump does not have to be exonerated and reelected to prosecute HRC and the others on your hit list.
He can do it right now.
In fact, I believe that prosecuting HRC was one of his campaign promises.

I just checked, and it appears that Trump did make an effort to have HRC prosecuted, but only if it was initiated by the Justice Department, without his fingerprints on it.
