The third article of impeachment would be Trump's violation of the Emoluments Clause, in which the president failed to divest himself of his business interests, but continued to operate them as a sideline to his White House duties.
Turning over the management of his properties to other members of his family would not constitute sufficient divestiture of his interests in the business.
Besides, he has spent considerable time traveling around the world on Air Force One visiting his properties while in office.
And nobody would believe that his sons could dare to sell the 40 Wall Street building without his approval.

There will likely be other articles of impeachment, including some for actions that the president has not yet taken, but will surely take while he remains on offense against his attackers.
Remember his reputation within the legal community: "He doesn't listen and he doesn't pay."

Ya know, maybe we should just let "Schiff & Co, LLD" (LLD = Looney Liberal Dumba$$e$) make an impeachment case and ship it over to the Senate.
Maybe ol "Turtle" will subpoena ever lyin' (D) to the stand. Expose their lies to the world and watch them wallow in their own filth.

Actually, until Pelosi brings a motion to impeach to the floor for a vote and it passes, all this is just so much "pomp and pageantry" by the (D)'s.

99 That's a good summation of the three articles of impeachment that will probably be used in the house. I'd caution though that impeachment is political, not legal. As long as enough Republican senators feel it's in their best interests for whatever reason, not to convict, Trump will still be around to run for President.

I'm watching to see how public sentiment plays out, and that is where Trump is making his battle. In 13 or so months a few groups of independents and swing voters, party switchers and stay at homes, will be the final arbiters of the next few years.

Despite all the problems I have with Trump I can certainly understand Pig voting for him. It's a very unusual time. Polling shows a broad shift of 8 or so points amongst indies and 2 points amongst Republicans, I'm very skeptical, not that I think the polling is intentionally skewed, I'm skeptical that it's possible to poll something like this yet.
