It is one degree below freezing with patches of snow left on the ground here in SW AL. I came up to hunting camp yesterday from the coast and started seeing snow on the ground two miles north of salt water. It's bright and sunny now and supposed to be good weather for the next week.

Here in Michigan we have about 2” on the ground, with additional flurries on the way. Our temp. at this time 10:45AM is 18 degrees with a low tonight forecast to be 6 degrees. Temps for the next several days to not exceed 23 degrees. I am already ready for the return of summer, I think it will be a long wait !

Back in the 1930s & 1940s You bought winter coats with longer sleeves to your finger tips, no gloves needed. But you knew that Doc.jimbo I'm sure you were born under FDR last term??

We are in the 30s and no snow. Still wondering if it's going to be like last years winter.

If you build a snowman, remember the rule: No carrots below the neck.

30* with a heavy dusting of lake effect on the ground. Temps are supposed to be in the teens for highs on Wednesday and Thursday with night temps in single digits.

                              Only 80 days til March.
