    Bag Balm is mostly petroleum jelly and lanolin. You'd be better better off eating healthy, avoiding makeup, fake lashes, and mascara for a while, and applying vitamin E enriched olive oil with a mascara brush directly to your lashes at the base and gently washing it off with warm water..

    Bag balm does a lot of thug but eye lashes are new one on me. I know it's great for doctoring on cut up dogs and horses.

    Bag balm was developed to soften cow udders after milking, and is useful on humans for diaper rash and saddle sores, but you may be on to something with the eyelashes.
