I want to do a european mount. I don't want to do the boiling because I don't think my stomach or my neighbours could handle the smell. I have heard a few alternatives that I have never tried but sound like they may be worth a try. Reviews also say n

  • I’ve heard of doing that very thing. 2 things keep me from trying it.

    1. I don’t want to damage the skull with too much pressure. Maggots are very gentle on the bones so the only damage is from the cracking that happens as they dry.

    2. I have a pressure washer but the 2 places I’d use it are my back yard which backs a school yard or my front driveway. Either way someone is going to be upset about something that is really none of their business!

    So I’ll stick with the deep freeze full of maggots out at my buddies acerage.
