    I would say "yes" but are'nt they "draw tag only" there?

      Mulies and NR tags are by drawing. The last 2 years there has been left over tags for NR whitetails.

            I don't know if they should, but I'd be OK with it. It can only improve the herd. Won't make a lot of hunters happy, though.

              If you think it is important, then follow the plan. Don't ask legislators to make a rule about it.

                No they should not enter a point restriction!! If they were truely concerned with larger antlered as well as having mature deer, they would not be increasing the number of deer tags every season. especially seeing how they dont even know exactly how many are being harvested each season due no check in stations there just guessing. Having less tags like in the old days will increase the number of mature deer thats how kansas origianally got its mature deer. Lets go back to what worked, not how much money the companies can line our KDWP officials pockets with to get what they want(ie auto insurance companies) .
