    They make serverl differnt models of the 336. They range from $250 to over $700 used. They have been my rifle of choice for years. I love the action of a Marlin and it side ejection. Very tight well made rifles. I use a 336 marlin 35. It has a larger cal. bullet and works great for hunting in the thick brush. This link might give you an Idea

      I sold a Marlin 336C 30/30 last year for 300. It was new and in box.

                    give ya 90 bucks for the 336 if it has one of the triggers you need a team of oxen to pull though

                      I've always hit my target with the 336 you must be a nervous person. Or, have really weak trigger finger. LOL

                          Don't take less than $275 for it. Rifles and ammo are at an all time high! If it's in good shape, don't take less than $400.
