Maybe I have posted this before. The search function is really hit and miss on this site (as is category selection - I couldn't get the "gear" category to work at all). Anyway, here it is: I find that baby wash cloths are just the right size, texture, and absorbance for shotgun cleaning rags. Seems my daughter's friends dumped a thousand of them on us when Parker was born last spring. I have appropriated many that were slightly frayed. Look for them in the baby section at box stores. They're pretty cheap and reusable.

I wear nothing but 100% cotton tee shirts. When they begin to show wear and stains, I cut them up in "usable" size patches, cloths, etc.
Excellent cleaning patches and the cotton soaks up plenty of solvent, lube, linseed oil. Works especially well cleaning off excess after a cleaning job.

OHH - When you say reusable, I hope its not going from the babies bottom to the bore of a shotgun.

I do the old t-shirt and sock trick myself for cleaning my shotguns. I buy patches that fit on the jag for rifles or pistols.

Good article on pressure testing. It takes about 40 hours to test for one caliber and bullet weight with about 16 types of powder.
