Matt - Yes, but he is excluded here because he was not a Heisman Trophy winner.
I had forgotten that it always goes to an offensive player.

Wasn't Lawrence Taylor arrested a couple years back for soliciting and underage prostitute?

    Great!
Now, for extra credit, what is the physical location where the NFL draft is held every year.

I now have to be thinking Jim Brown, but I don't remember him being in any trouble with the law.

    99 -

    Ah reckon not.

    Here come the hints:

The whiteboy who got suspended for gambling and associating with scumbagz had played at Notre Dame.

The last guy wuz one of the most feared running backs ever and is considered to be the only player who could have gone straight from high school football to the NFL.

I was just watching a TV special about Lawrence Taylor, and they mentioned that he had been suspended a few times for failing drug tests.
I had forgotten all about that.
I also think he was arrested a couple of times for possession.
Does that make him a felon?

Unmatched except for another league standout who got spanked at the same time.

When he got inducted into the Army, he got weekend passes so he could play football on Sundays cuz hiz coach and JFK wuz "good friends."

OK, so the whiteboy didn't go to court, but his one-year suspension went unmatched in the NFL for forty-one years!

    Ha-Yuk Ha-Yuk!

    Think National Felon League.

Only the most recent one is not a felon.

Woof, Just a wild guess? The Auburn trifecta.

1985 Heisman Winner, Bo Jackson (Auburn) Running Back.
1971 Heisman Winner, Pat Sullivan (Auburn) Quarterback.

Will make the future football Hall of Fame,
2010 Heisman Winner, Cam Newton (Auburn) Quarterback.
