LostLure, Way before your time, AirForce '67-71
Medic assigned to the 119th Med Evac Hosp in the Middle East. TDY Med Evac flights back to RineMain,Germany. Finished up at SAC Headquarters Hospital, Omaha, Nebraska.
Lots of memories, would not trade them for the world.

Thanks for everyones service. US Army 1968-1971, Germany, Viet Nam, and Fort Carson, Colorado. My grandfather was a Marine in the Boxer Rebelion, my dad was in the army inf. during WWII in the South Pacific, me in Viet Nam and my son was in Iraq and retired last year from the army with twenty years service.Comment

Actual Job: Lightning Rod and Target.
They made me sign an agreement to not write a book based on whut went on there.
Butt it wuzzn't all bad; Ah could still do more than 80 good consecutive push-ups in a minute on Mah 60th birthday...
Haven't fergot enny Karate training, neither.

Today was a wonderful day. WE had our Veterans Day program at the VFW today. We always have it the Sun afternoon closest to Veterans Day. We had a wonderful speaker, I was honored to give a salute to our fallen comrades, plus the invocation and benediction. We had a outstanding meal followed with wonderful fellowship. We has an unsualy large crowd for our program, I was surprised. Thank you all of the fellow veterans for your service.Comment
