What is your concern? I got a shock from a TV tube one time but no problems with computer monitor.

I read somewhere that you can damage a TV screen by cleaning with certain abrasives, as it is coated with some non-reflective film.
I assume the same would be true of the computer screens we are now watching.

Here's How:

Turn off the device. If the screen is dark, it will be easier to see the areas that are dirty or oily.

Use a dry, soft cloth and very gently wipe the screen. A great choice would be the microfiber type of cloth used to clean eyeglass lenses. A dry eraser works good too.

I use a small microfiber cloth and dampen it with a little water. Not so it is wet; just damp. I wipe with that. The fiber will pick up the dust and anything else that might be there. I don't like to use any abrasives on the screen.

Hey if we are going for a competition of minuses, count me in!!

1. Put it in the bed of your truck and take it through a car wash.
2. Toothpaste
3. Scent free detergent.
4. Put it in cloth bag and toss it in the wash, with hunting clothes.
5. Display a pix of Chuck Norris and the screen will clean itself.

And the #1 answer: WD40!!
