New proposed F&S rules:

1) Do not put the cursor over the submit button (or submit lanyard) until you are ready to submit and make positive identification that you are not sending a dumb comment downrange.

2) After pulling the submit lanyard, ensure you identify that your comment landed in the impact area. Do not assume before pulling the submit lanyard again.

I know on more than one occasion I have multiple posted when I hit submit once. The problem is the site and unfortunately we just have to deal with it.

LOL.. And go figure. As I tried to post my answer I got stopped by Captcha and then the spam blocker!

I just noticed it did exactly what I just posted about! I have noticed too when captcha stops you or the spam blocker you have to hit submit again leading to multiple posts. Just like it did for me a second ago.
