    In the Sept issue on the bow comparison you mentioned valley. I am not familiar with the term as related to a bow. What is it? Reference the range test and especially the DNA evaluation.

    The valley is the part of your draw cycle that begins when you feel the let-off to the point of full draw. Thought I have not drawn the DNA I have heard that alot of folks like the draw cycle on it.

      The valley is at the point of the draw where the most let off occurs. This is also the draw length of the bow, when the bow is tuned properly it can be measured by use of a spring scale. Overdraw will increase let off and you can draw to the "wall".
