You should go to the hardware store and buy some small diameter- 3/8ths of an inch should work- PVC or PEX pipe- probably cost you a couple dollars. Cut it to length with a hack saw and de-burr the ends- they make special tools for this, or you can use a torch or lighter to melt it for a smooth finish.
Are you making your own darts? You might need to, to fit the diameter of the larger tube. You can modify the kind you buy by adding fine feathers to the back of it using fly tying equipment and techniques, with a little super glue. You should be able to find a large rubber washer to slide over the pipe to use as a quiver for your darts. Hope this helps, good luck!

two things...
1) be really careful with high heat (i.e. flame) and PVC, melting PVC gives off some volatile gases that are bad news even in small doses. So, if you're gunna go the melting route (and I recommend you do not), I HIGHLY recommend being outside and keeping it away from your mouth / face.
2) Do these blow guns have enough energy to humanely kill small game? I know there are some native tribes that use them, but I think they use poison tipped darts.
Plus, the ethical standards for humane death are a little different when you are hunting for fun versus hunting for survival.
