What do you think of Whisker biscuit rests?

I use a trophy taker drop away and have never had any issues with it. I heard that whisker biscuits are hard on fletchings if you shoot a lot, and I shoot 5 days a week. I figured it would be cheaper in the long run buying a drop away than always refletching. Also the physics of a drop away compared to a whisker biscuit's affect on an arrow just made more sense to me.
