    Most modern-style compound bows will allow you to mount both on them.

    I could not put a drop away on my Ross Cardiac, there were clearance issues with the string.

    most bow accsesories are compatible with most bows you should have no problems

    I think any mainstream compound bow made in the last 30 years should be able to mount a fall away and a stablizer.

    I'd say "all" semi-modern compound bows can (say those made in the last 10 years). Recurves, no.
