Just picked up a Nikon Coyote 4.5-14x40mm scope. I am asking does anyone have this scope mounted on something other than a 223 or varmit gun? If not for those who do have it. About what size of an area does the first circle cover at lets say 100 200 300yards? I know power changes the coverage so just wondering. I am putting it on a 300 win mag so I would like to know. Thanks

The BDC circles' subtension is covered in the Nikon manual. If you don't have a manual, you can get one or view it online at the Nikon site. Also, you can customize your circles/loads using the Spot-On ballistic calculator that Nikon has online.
