    Marinade it in Italian dressing over night then grill it like grilled chicken breast. Quick easy and tasty.

      Slice it lengthwise with the grain, roll it in flour, and fry it. Nothing better.

        Best I've ever made....inject creole butter into it, rub it down with cajun seasoning let it sit for about an hour, inject a little more, toss it in the fryer for 3 minutes a pound..........oooo boy dat's sum good eat's dar!!

          Brine it overnight in this:
          to one gallon of water add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup salt and one lemon, lime or orange (quartered). Then roast at 325 degrees until it reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees. Very juicy and tasty.

              I agree with 007 except on one thing. Slice the breast across the grain about 1/4 inch thick for a more tender "Turkey Finger". Serve with honeymustard!

                Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast
                Ingredients
                1 (6 lb) bone-in turkey breast, skin removed
                2 tablespoons olive oil
                4 garlic cloves, crushed
                2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh sage (or 1 t. dried, crumbled)
                2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme (or t 1. dried)
                2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 t. dried, crumbled)
                1 teaspoon salt
                1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
                Directions
                Preheat oven to 375°.
                Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry.
                In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper; rub the mixture onto the turkey breast.
                Transfer the breast to a roasting pan and roast until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part, away from bone, reads 165°, 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
                Let rest, covered with foil, for 10 minutes before carving..Enjoy and Serve it well to Family or Friends!!!
