Anyone shoot/use the new Ruger, Charger pistol, based off the 10/22?? My buddy just picked one up, and I have yet to talk him into going out to shoot, am thinking about getting one of my own, but wanted to pick the brains here first.

I also was looking into buying the Charger, but I went no further after i thought about this. It's the same exact action as a semi-automatic rifle. Which pretty much makes it a short barrelled rifle. everyone that reads this is going to say that a pistol is a short barreled rifle. but don't, because it's not even a classic pistol action. i would rather have an actual pistol, rather than a sawed off Ruger 10/22 with a short barrel. it's kind of your own judgment. i would surely recommend it though! it's a ruger, they make great great pistols and rifles. the 10/22 with rotary clip is fantastic. i just don't like the gun itself. i would rather go with a Browning Buckmark, or Ruger Mark III

If it sounds good to you, buy it. It's as solid and accurate as any 10/22, if not more so.
