Grouse and Whitetail so far, but I can't wait to try for a black bear. I like the idea of not having to be hunting by dawn.

Buckhunter, nice answer. But since my days of that kind of hunting are over I will say early season duck hunting with the guys, the weather is warm the shooting fast and the ducks plentiful, no other hunting is more fun. Killing a deer with my bow is more satisfying but ducks win the battle for most fun.

I love pheasant hunting good times with my buddies and plenty of action.

Deer for big, squirrels for small. It's all fun though.

                    Buckhunter,
At my age, I'll settle for blondes in their late forties

Or a eight year old lion with a blonde mane

Dove hunting is the most fun, but you don't get the rush of deer hunting. Dove hunting is constant action, but deer hunting is more of a wait-and-see type of thing.

TURKEY! The interaction is amazing! And if there is one around most of the time he is hollering at you and telling you he is around!

Of all the critters I've hunted nothing was as exciting as hunting Grizzly bears. The thought that here is a beast that is incredibly powerful and can bite back gives me a rush like no other. It would be the same if I hunted Lion or maybe Elephant or Cape Buffalo.
Happy I'm with you on the 40 yr old blonds. Doubt if there are anymore of them in my future.
