Damn it it is not going well. I had one opertunity but I thought he was to far away, now I think I should have shot him. I hope I can get one before the season closes.

Been a slow spring around here. One in the bag.

4 big toms around me yesterday, but hung just out of range. They were with several hens. still looking for that lone tom that will come in. My uncle shot a 19 lb with 10 in beard on saturday morning.

Every year I learn something, this year - turkeys are more fickle than I ever thought.

Got blowed out this spring, neighbor took two, 1)21lb. 10+ in beard, 2)19lb 8+in. beard.

Only been out 3 times and couldn’t get any love from the bird. Signed on two new clients so I’ve been tied up at work and that’s good!
