Good reply Nate. Worry about content, not points. Post items to better the site, not your point total. If you come here to get free gear, you would be better off just getting a regular job and buying it, not cost effective for the amount of time to post on here and no gurantees of ever testing gear. If on the other hand you enjoy everything to do with the outdoors and like to pick the brains of other like minded individuals, your time will be well spent.

idahooutdoors - I totally agree with you! I so enjoy reading most of the questions and answers on this site. There is lots of knowledge to be gathered around here. To answer this question, I get most of my points from giving semi-educated answers to any question that meets my criteria. My criteria is that the question be in an area of which I am familiar or interested and that the question be worthy of an answer.
