I just got back from fishing a little while ago. I ended going to a local farmers pond and tring to help thin out some of the small male bass. I ended keeping four males that might average a pound on an optimistic day. They are making super for me and the farmer right now. The pond was dug in 2005 and now needs to be thinned down some in order to grow some larger bass. With proper pond management, my friend will have a nice fishing hole for his future generations.
