I live in SW WI and here there are multiple trout streams and creeks that I fish. Anyone that knows the area knows that the creeks/streams arent very wide but are several miles long. My question is this. What is the best tactics for pulling huge browns and rainbows out of these spots? Any tips?

Salmon eggs seem to work well in streams like that. Float them anywhere the water swirls backwards, causing eddies or little whirlpools, works for me anyway.

Small panther martin or mepps spinners or small rapalas or spoons.
