I have 3 decoys (jake and 2 hens), what is the best way to set them up in relation to each other and myself?

I would put them about 15 yards away from you in between you and where you think the tom would be coming. Put one hen facing you acting like it is walking away then about 2 yards away put the jake and hen really close together.

I would have them all facing you. The approaching gobbler should strut up and face your decoys giving you an easy "looking away" shot. Have them about 20 yds around depending on how thick the cover is.
