Just caught a ten inch snapper, chased him around half the pond in the boat, but finally caught him when he surfaced to eat some lilypads. Does anyone else enjoy catch/release of snappers? If so do you ever eat them, and how. P.S. I released him and wouldn't take an animal out of season. EVER.

Heheh catching snappers is a blast! We catch them whenever we can up at our lake, and we too always catch and release.
