I have a browning BPS 20 guage that my girlfriend is using for turkey season. she is shooting winchester doubleX magnum turkey load #5. what is a good turkey choke to buy that keeps a tight pattern at longer distances for a 20 guage

Why not full or extra-full. Sounds like she has a good set up and good ammo. Good luck

I agree she is using quality equipment and for that job, I would agree that you should use a full or extra full choke.

Extra full. Aim for where the feathers stop and wattles start on the neck..
Personally, I'd go with 6 or 7.5 shot, preferring a denser pattern especially with a 20 bore. Five's will do the job.

The tru glo gobble stopper is a super full choke that I would recommend.

ive never used anything but a full choke and cant complain about the results...since you probably wont be shooting over 35 yards with a 20 gauge the full choke will suffice.

I would also go with the full choke. I would suggest checking the pattern on the full choke at 20, 30, and 40 yards. You may find that you already have what you need.

When I did use a Shotgun for Turkey Exfull choke worked well every time,She is using a Top of the line fire arm/combo...see no need to add a choke System.

Sorry fox pro but I forgot that that choke is only made for the 12 gauge.
