when I draw my bow and look down the sights, it looks like the arrow rest is off center, to right a little bit. the arrow sticks out to the right noticeably. should I move the rest to the left, or leave it how it is? also when I go to get my arrows out of the target they are sticking out of it at a strange angle.

You need ot paper tune your bow. Look on you tube on how to do it.

It sounds like you need to paper tune your bow. This will straighten out your arrow.
