    short fetchings are faster and less accurate long fletchings are slower but accurate. pwersonaly i use short it doset make it that much differnce at a close range but long distance use long fletching

      The reason I ask, is that Remington 6.8mm Rem SPC ammo is loaded with large primers. All the Hornady and Federal brass I have has small primer pockets....

      I have found that chopping roots with an axe is a waste of time and energy because of the bounce.
      A hand pruning saw usually does the trick....
