Does anyone know of any good books about hunting whitetail deer and has biological information about them?

Hal Blood writes a good series and I have most of his books. You can find some of his books at-

I'd recommend "Whitetail - Fundamentals and Fine Points for the Hunter" by George Mattis, published by Outdoor Life, first published in 1969 and the next edition was 1980. Whitetails haven't changed much in 29 years, so the information is still valid and the book is entirely relevant.Comment

I remember seeing something one time but can't recall it at this time. However, check with your local DNR office too. They usually have plenty of pamphlets, data, or books. If not they can point you in the right direction.
