Many counties, at least in New York state, feature websites with links to Real Property services. Locally here, we are able to access tax maps overlaid on recent GIS aerial photos complete with owner data.
It sure is convieniant, though kind of feels like "Big Brother".

The quick and easy way is to head to your County Court House. They will supply you with everything you need.

If your county is not supporting a GIS website then your counties court house should have a plat book available to you that will show you property borders and ownership.

A county court house or a title company. You should be able to buy the maps from the court.

In MN the DNR offers PRIM (Public Recreation Information Map) maps for sale. These not only show ownership, but also wildlife management areas, WPAs, etc. Your DNR may have something similar.

County court house plat map. Comes bound and should have your whole state on it. You could try the local tax assessor also to see if they could be any help.
