what's your opinion on hunting on deer farms only to get a large antlered deer?

I would not really consider that hunter... you really work for nothing. All you do is take the shot. You do not track a certain deer all season long or put the effort forth to grow a big deer. I am not one for trophy hunting... I live in a place where some dogs are bigger than the deer. I hunt strictly for the meat.

Not hunting. Just some schmuck who doesn't have the skill or patience to accomplish something on his own and wants instant gratification and something to hand on a wall and brag about.

The same type who would jack light such deer and have them mounted whilst bragging about his ability in the woods...

Cage hunting is a joke. Pro-cage hunters say that high fences protect the gene pool from outside subordinate genes. Could that not sound more lame?
