Now days I have two favorites. Winchester model 70 300WSM,win brass, win WLRM, H4350 powder, Hornady SST 165 grain Bullet, Leupold vari-x 3, 4.5X 14 scope, Browning stainless stacker 270 WSM, Win Brass, IMR 4350 powder, Hornady SST 130 grain bullet Win WLRM primer,Weaver Gland Slam 4.5 x 14 scope, Burris signature bases and rings for both guns. One of these goes to the deer stand, the other stays in the truck for a back up. Either one will bring home any deer or elk you wish to harvest.

.50 Cal TC Thunder Hawk mussel loader. 1990. Wood stock. Old scope came with the gun when I bought it second hand. Dropped every buck I've taken and love that gun.

A wide variety of great deer rifles for sure. I like to carry different rifles for a change of pace but think I will keep my Weatherby Mark V Ultralight 25-06 with a Leupold VXIII 3.5-10x50 as my prime woods rifle this year because it is so easy to carry and now works well enough to hunt (I had some trouble with it last year but got it fixed). I use hand loaded 100g Hornady Interlocks or Sierra Game Kings for accuracy at 3350 fps.
