Out of all the calls I have owned (30 or so) The Lynch Fool proof is my favorite. Most of the time I hunt with a 3 reed Woodswise diaphram in my mouth and the Foolproof in my hand. When a bird gets close the box goes to the ground, I pick up the gun and use the mouth call rest of the way.

The one your using when you kill one! LOL, Box(easy to use for beginners). Slate(harder to master but still good). Mouth(hope you don't have bad gag reflex). It all depends on which one you well most comfortable with. Mouth are the best when birds are close and you don't want them to see you move.
