What is your favorite part of a deer to eat?? Personally I like the "butterfly's" or backstraps.

Backstraps and tenderloins. The shame of it, is that some people will only take those cuts and throw the rest away. They shouldn't be allowed to hunt.

Tenderloins, sweetest part. Backstraps and BBQ ribs are close. I also love the jerkey.

Tenderloin for great fajitas and back strap for any nummber of dishes including on the grill. Cubed round steak "country fried" and simmered in gravy ain't bad either!

Of course the popular back straps and hind quarters, but I just had some deer stew which was chunked everything basically and boiled with vegies and it was great. Beats 3 dollars a can for campbells!!

I Get a lot of the previously undesirable meat made into sausage. Vaccuum packing has made all the meat palatable in recent years. And ground works great for meatballs, meatloaf and burgers. I like to add 50% pork or beef. Hams work great for jerky or smoked are delicious.
