It depends on how much you want to spend. For a real good sight under $50.00, try Tru-Glo True Site Xtreme, it has 5 pins that have fiber optic cables to gather light and is easliy adjustable with allen wrench. For higher priced sights, Montana Black Gold Flashpoint is a good sight for $110.00, the best if you can afford it, is the Spot Hogg Seven Deadly Pins with Hogg Wrap Kit (fiber optic cable attachment), it'll run you about $190.00, it has adjustablity on all 7 pins. You can go to Cabela's website to compare all of these sights and pick for yourself, be sure to read the reviews.
