im having troubles whith my fletching hitting my buss cable. I need to know wich way my odd fletching needs to be faceing so the fletching doesnt hit my buss cable or the black whiskers on my whisker biscuit

The c o ck feather should be straight up in the whisker biscuit. This should allow for your other fletchings to avoid contact with the stiffer black whiskers. As for your buss cables being contacted its possible that your rest isn't aligned properly or hopefully the original thought will cure the problem. But I'd second chuckles on taking it to the shop, they should have a good idea whats going on when they look at your setup.
