The South Platte as it flows northeast from Denver is pretty good. There are also a surprising number of ducks that get into the pothole ponds on the irrigation systems of the ranches out that way. You'll have to ask permission or work with a guide who has a lease. The eastern plains are just prolific for geese. Huge flocks moving now. My favorite guide is John Hagen... one of the best callers I have ever heard, johnhagenoutdoors.com
